[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona Repeated reminders of payment even after the disconnection from last 1 year

With reference to the ID No [protected], i would like to bring to your kind attention that in spite of discontinuation of over 1 year, i still get reminders from the company (Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Limited)stating that there is an over due. The most recent reminder is saying a legal case would be filed if not paid an amount of 2052. I have send too much mails for this but no response from there side.This is not a right way for not replying for the single mail.

one person called me from this number 7023654157 and his behaviour is very rude and told me to pay 2053 amount.i tried to explain i mailed tikona customer care many times but there is not any response from their side.what can i do.tikona services and too poor and they always try to threatened peoples
