Tikona — Tikona sending fake bills without closing connection . | |||
I was using tikona connection user ID [protected] . Last time I used tikona was on[protected]:13:00.0 . I made many request to deactivate tikona connection via mail . but they didnt deactivated and Still I am getting bills and call from fake advocates to pay the bills of months that I dint used. Finally I made a payment of RS 3700 ( for a monthly plan of 750 rs )to stop getting calls . Again after payment I got a message like your account is activated . I wanted to deactivate my account but tikona activated it again I will be getting bills for the next months . I tried calling their customer care many times but the call is not getting connected . I got threatened by third party they told I will be prosecuted and hanged if I didn't pay the bill . I Really got afraid and payed the fake bill . I demand a refund of the fake bill . I ready to be get hanged now .
