[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona sending false bills, threatening and harassing consumers | |||||
Hi, I am writing this mail in deep grief and feeling cheated by Tikona, Even after getting the connection disconnected several months ago, even after paying the remaining dues, even after surrendering the CPE kit, Tikona is sending me the bills for CPE. I surrendered the CPE kit to Tikona executive on 22Jan2016. (attached receipt) Still, i am getting messages related to bill for disconnection charges. Your executives are threatening me on phone for paying the bills. What kind of behavior is this ? Kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible. If i don't get a resolution, i will file a cheating and threatening case against Tikona and will move to Consumer court for this behavior.
