I was holding a Tikona connection with user ID: [protected]. One person in my Apartment had tikon connection, when he closed the connection, Tikon person came to my apartment and took away the Receiver which was on the roof top, when i called up customer care and informed about the incident, Customer person asked me to raise an FIR saying the Tikona Receiver is Stolen, i repeatedly told customer care executive saying that it was mistakenly taken away by tikon service person, she kept asking me raise an FIR, how do these people ask me to raise an FIR when they themselves have taken away the receiver. they have abruptly stopped my connection. this has made my life miserable when i have taken tikona service for doing my office work when i am at home.
