[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona service is not discoonected even after several requests / complaints for UID: [protected] | |||
For the Tikona UID:[protected], the request for disconnection was placed on 28th Feb 2014 and till date no action is taken and it is already past 15 days as per their policy. Almost daily I have called for the disconnection status and they would after FAQ's tell "sorry sir we will disconnect by today / 24hrs). Today I have received a call from Tikona regarding bill payment, and it seems like they have not registered my request / complaint regarding disconnection (as told by the person). I have recorded all the conversions / email and thinking of putting a consumer case / complaint against Tikona for their unprofessional behaviour, bad ethics and harassing behaviour with customer.
