[Resolved] Tikona — tikona service is pathetic and no care by customer care centre | |||||
DEAR ALL, MY USER ID IS Tikona Service ID No [protected] & Billing Account Number[protected] i was facing issuing of disconnection and reconnection at the time of electricity failure. i need to call again and agin to login into the app and web portal for using internet at home. This is was not resolved as per the Team of Customer Care as well no one has been sent for the problem faced. Instead i had received several call multiple call for remaining payment for which the internet was not working onl;y, no usage from our end. Even now i received legal call for paymnet inspite of no service hence paid the balance inspite of no utilisation of service. I request all to take a note of that the Service is very pathetic and waste of time of customer. The Service provider not provide service which as assured by them.
