Tikona — Tikona support not good | |||||
Hi team, I have been using tikona bb past one year and first 3 months i didn't face any issue with bb .August 15 onwards issues started like intermittent disconnect, buffering issue, slow browsing and biggest challenge is getting line to customer care team . Time i need to spend 1/2hr to 45 minute. Once issue was highlighted to your team, they will check with backend team and response like no issues with our end check the laptop, issue may with your hardware .Etc. Again i need to explain the issue but there we not getting proper support. Every month same issues happening but i'm not getting proper support. 13th march (1-[protected]) i raised ticket for buffering issue /slowness and customer care team confirmed that tikona engineer will visit and resolve issue at home, but so far no one reached. Again from yesterday afternoon onwards bb connectivity not enabled, i'm not getting signal .So today i raised ticket (1-[protected]) but i don't when this issue will address. During today i asked customer care team why 13th march ticket is not addressed. Your team given excellent response “anyway today you raised ticket with tikona and they check address the issues” and line got disconnected from customer care team end.
