I have subscribed 3 months tikona xaqd2048k (customer id-[protected],
Billing account number (ban):[protected] making advanced payment of plan. soon after making the advance payment my internet connection was frequently disconnected and speed becomes very slow. after that i decided not to use the plan for the next quarter but they are sending me bills for next quarter about 2365.00 and every month they are increasing bill by 100 rs.
Today i received call from one of the person (she said me she is from legal department) and she will file case against me and she calls from different number [protected], [protected].[protected], [protected] and repeatly asking for the payment.
Kindly ask me what is my fault and send me my full account statement with usage bill. and please dont fine 100 rs every month it is very disgusting service from you.
Kindly solve the issue..
