[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona Tikona sending false bills, threatening and harassing consumers | |||||
Hi Several times i have sent mail and communicated also. User ID [protected] I have requested for cancellation of tikona service, which is also communicated to me it is done. After 7'Oct 2016, i have never used any internet connection and also i had already paid all the outstanding amount. Several time i have requested to Tikona Executive, to collect their box from my roof, but they are not taking it back, all the wires are removed and kept at one corner. But still i am getting false bill and as messages and mail. I can not really understand why you people are doing this. Even though connection is already stopped and never used, you guy are sending false bills and keeps on increasing bill amount.
