HI, I have asked to disconnect the connection dating on Feb as i was moving out of the town, i had sent an email and told my change of number, and with the change of the number called multiple times, nobody bothered to reply or do any thing at least. Now they threaten to take action legally - even though i have paid my bills properly on time, my only mistake is that i have asked the final bill with details, and customer care team act if they are not connected to this issue, and the customer care gave me a number to call to pick their device (which is of no use for me) - and they are not able to find my house (Flipkart and other courier services are able to find my address) - what an great excuse I just wonder - if this is the way they treat customer, then how will tell or get another connection from this Tikona Overall - this service just is pathetic..
