Tikona — Tikona Worst ISP

Hello, I have been complaining regarading connectivity issue to Tikona from more than three months. I have written mails to j.nair and customercare on daily basis. They haven't replied to one single mail. Also the customer care executives are not responding properly. I have asked them to not call during office hours. They call during office hours and say issue is resolved and when I reach home, I found the same issue happening again. I have requested tikona to refund my 3 months internet fees, but they are not replying anything. They say once the issue is resolved, we process your request for waiver. And thats the reason they are not trying to resolve the issue, as they have to process my waiver request. I ask tikona to look into it seriously and refund my 3 months money back.
