[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona "Worst Service & Customer Support I've ever seen" | |||
Hi, This is my USER ID : [protected], Since 3 month has been passed away I'm complaining again & again but still I'm facing same internet issue & the customer support of Tikona is like hell. They are doing jobs, they only generate complain number but there is no any response on that complaint number, I've complaint 3 times in this month but there is no any response on that. I've always paid on time but never get satisfied service from Tiknow. Worst Service Worst Costumer Support Worst Connection I've Paid for nothing I would never recommend anyone for Tikona ever. You are assuring me since 3rd January 2015 & today is 3rd Feb 2015, still I'm facing same problem...what about my previous month paid amount, will you adjust that amount in this month?????
Also I've get new bill what do I do with this new bill?????
Whenever I talked to your technical support they assured me every time that today our engineer will visit your house but the day never comes when your engineer visit.
How long I expect to fix my issue???
