Tikona — Tikona wrongly billing charges after giving 3 Disconnection Notices & clearing All Outstanding amounts till billing cycle

Sent multiple Disconnection Notices to Tikona, Final Notice on 14th April 2022. All Outstanding cleared till billing cycle 14th April 2022. Tikona did not disconnect and continued monthly billing even after ZERO USAGE from me. Repeatedly harassing through sms messages and email asking for payment of wrongly charged bills.

Resolution Requested:
Stop wrongful billing & terminate connection. I have cleared All Outstanding amounts till my billing cycle till 14th April 2022. My Disconnection notices have been sent on 9th,
11th & 14th April 2022; which is before the start of new cycle. No Usage from 5th April 2022 onwards. Still Tikona did not disconnect and wrongfully continued billing.

Hello Sir/Madam at Consumer Complaints Forum,

I am writing to bring to your notice the following malpractice followed by Tikona.
I had sent strict Email Notice to Tikona, requested to Stop Monthly Billing and completely Disconnect Tikona Connection as on following dates (before start of new billing cycle):
NOTICE #1: 9TH APRIL, 2022
NOTICE #2: 11TH APRIL, 2022
NOTICE #3: 14th APRIL, 2022

All outstanding bills have been cleared (prepaid in full) till my last used billing cycle: till date of my 3rd Notice: 14th of April, 2022.

I have NO OUTSTANDING amount in my account, till the date of my last Notice.

All pending bills and amounts have been fully paid Till 14TH APRIL 2022.

However, even after my repeated calls and notices, Tikona refused to disconnect and stop Monthly billing for my account. Tikona continued my monthly billing, even after multiple calls and email notices from me informing of Disconnection.

I have NOT used my Tikona Internet connection from 5th April 2022 Onwards. (ZERO USAGE after 5th April 2022 till Date).
I have prepaid in full, all my outstanding charges till the billing cycle of 14th April 2022.
However, Tikona wrongly continued the monthly charges for my account.
On a daily basis, I receive repeated sms messages and emails from Tikona to recover wrongly charged monthly bills, even though I have prepaid all my outstanding amounts in full, till the date of my usage.
I have still been billed wrongly for 2 more months, beyond the date of my Last Disconnection Notice sent on 14th April 2022.

Still, I am regularly being disturbed by repeated sms messages and emails from Tikona, to pay bills, even after 3 written notices of disconnection from me to Tikona.

Please register my complaint, and help me get resolution against wrongful practices being followed by Tikona Infinet Limited.
