Tikona — Tikona's Harassment on an good customer | |||
Need help here, I am a Tikona Customer for over a year and recently in the month of September 2014 I requested for a cancellation of the account. Since then I moved to a different city and I am not using the services. I also cleared the outstanding bill at that point of time and ensured that the slate is clean. I called up the customer care and also emailed to cancel the account for which the Tikona team suggested I put the account on hold and then look for someone to buy the same. I put the account on suspension and then in the month of Jan, the account got released. I called up Tikona to cancel and they said that it will be done in 48 hours and finally in the month of June, 2015 I got the cancellation confirmation. In the meanwhile I am told that I have to pay some amount for which I inquired about the usage which was Zero MB and also was generated after I requested the cancellation. I was today contacted by someone from the consumer court and requested me to pay or else face the court in Mumbai Was this information helpful? | |||

Thank you Tikona for taking this up. Today, an imposer called me from Tikona claiming that he was Mr. Nair (for whom I have good respect), for someone to reach an appellate authority he would surely made good name in the customer service department.
However, the person who called me just hung up on the me when I asked for his name. I recorded the last part of the conversation after requesting permission but he did not speak anything after that.
