I tried getting a new connection, which your pathetic company failed to provide. My payment for the service was done on 30/11/2018 which got confirmed on 1/12/2018 and then according to your guidelines i waited for 7 days which eventually became more than 10 days. Due to this delay i cancelled my registration on 10/12/2018 by sending you a mail with all details, regarding which your customer representative said, i will get a call back after 48 hours. Now its going to be more than 4 days and i have'nt received any response from your side.
