[Resolved] Tikona — troubling customers and inapplicable billings and unnecessary mails | |
Dear tikona services, (Tikona wi-bro uid [protected]) Don't know whats wrong with your services, but troubling us from 21, jan 2017 on this date i have subscribed to 3 months plan with 1840 amount paid. Exactly after one month last week of feb 2017 we stopped receiving internet, i called and informed to customer care people lot any times, no response from those people. I have mailed them on 2 march 2017. They informed as your location is currently not suitable for quality service, so they terminated it. Without prior information to customer. Executive never called for device and i call them on customer care numb to take on your device. But no response nothing and bill is generating and asking to pay orelse claiming for legal actions through mails and sms. Which is non-sense, please stop it:dont blame customers to your irrespective faults. Was this information helpful? | |
