Last 3 months we have been calling Tikona and telling that we are unable to connect internet.Each and every time they say that your issue will be resolved within 24 hours.Yes, it gets resolved for few hours but next again we face the same problem.It was like a daily task for us to call Tikona and get the issue resolved.
Sometime they used to send engineer to fix the problem. They were unable to fix the issue.Last time engineer left by saying that he will be coming tomorrow and fix the problem.But since then we have not seen him.So remains unresolved.Finally we decided to close the connection and submitted a request for the same.But after few days when we call help desk to know the status of our request.I was shocked when the said that request got closed automatically due to some system issue.Then I dropped a mail to help desk to close the connection. It has been more than 4 days, still we have not received any reply.So our connection is still active, we get call from Tikona to pay our due amount but they don't bother to fix the problem.
please help us to close the connection as we are not getting any response fromTikona.
