Tikona — Unable to buffer videos even at 144px in YouTube. Unable to get promised speeds for last 1 week

Hello, Webpages are opening fine, but download speeds are pathetic. I am even unable to buffer videos at 144px resolution in YouTube. That's the level of crappiness your service offers. I am on 4 Mbps plan and I am getting a speed of 60 KB/s which is unbearable. If you are unable to resolve the issue, Please disconnect the connection. Also, I will not be paying for the service I am not receiving. ID: [protected] PS: Yesterday a technician had come to troubleshoot the problem and he has fixed it at his end.. However, he has said that something is wrong from tikona's end. Are you going to fix this ?
