Tikona — Unable to connect Internet | |||
After every 1 hour usage of internet, it is getting 'Maximum Allowed session'. Kindly let me know the problem. I have dialed a number of customer cares, but all are busy none responded. Even i have called to installed guy but he is saying he WON'T come but suggesting me to try customer care after sometime. At time of installation customer care will have toll free number and will respond immediately, but after installation for technical problems there will be no toll free and no one will response. this is very bad service. I did not get any call. No one came to my home. Please let me know the solution that has been taken. Please send one engineer to configure Router setup.
