Tikona — Unable to connect to the Internet from 16th March 2015 | |||
I was unable to connect to the Internet from 16th March 2015, I called to the customer care on the same day. They said, engineer will visit and fix the issue, so after calling so many times one person is visited on 22th March to my place but unable to resolve the issue and told me that some Area Manager will come and fix the issue but till now there is no call or feedback and I tried to call to the same person but he is not picking up the phone. I called around 15 times in the tikona customer care, every agent is giving me a new solution (Mess) but unable to resolve the issue at the end of the call, they said 100% engineer will visit and resolve the issue but all in vain. Could be please help me, how to get rid of this situation and also told me to how to go to the legal in this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please do not go for Tikona instead use mobile data.
