[Resolved] Tikona — Unable to provide assured service | |||
My customer ID is - [protected]. In the initial days(2-3 days) speed was good but after that started facing connectivity issue. I tried connecting with your advance technical team representative but they were unable to resolve the issue and surprisingly marked my complaint as resolved. Also, your technical engineer who visited to resolve my complaint assured me that he will resolve it in one week since the problem was due to lots of clients connecting to one server/receiver. Now, its been almost a month that TIKONA broadband failed to provide assured service. Today, I tried to connect with customer care but didn't got any respond from team.
