User ID - [protected] Hi, 8th April 2015, the date I requested Tikona team to disconnect my services and rectify the Bills generated. Till date no disconnection has happened. Got calls demanding one more chance. Have Mailed them so many times with the speedtest screenshots but I am unable to understand their functionality. According to their engineer, the signal strength is very poor at my end. My Monthly Tariff is for a 4Mbps Broadband Services, plz check the speed I get. Unnecessarily Bills are getting generation with wrong values and above all I can see the late payment fee added. Tikona ---- DONT BILL ME FOR THE SERVICE THAT YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED. That's it!
