[Resolved] Tikona — Unethical and cheap tactics | |||||
The most unethical company I have come across. I had paid 3 months in advance and at the end of the 3rd month I had given clear instructions to the Tikona customer care executive to disconnect my account (Tikona Account # [protected]). Yet I am being harassed from the past 6-7 months to pay for what I haven't used. Each time they call and threaten me with legal action. Is this how you'll operate? It's utter hooliganism by Tikona in corporate disguise. I want to know what legal action can I take as a consumer against them? Was this information helpful? | |||||
