[Resolved] Tikona — unethical and poor service with non responsive customer care | |||||
This is regarding tikona id :[protected]. Inspite of informing and raising the ticket to disconnect the service on my last billing cycle i. E 25th of oct. I have no dues till 25th of oct. Everything is cleared. However the connection was disconnected in november and the bill was raised against it. Clearly i shouldn't b responsible of as i have given the prior notice ie on oct 4th to disconnect the service on 25th of oct 2017 I used to receive lots of calls from customer care daily to ask to continue the service and giving fake promises to continue the services. But even i raised an issue against the inappropriate bill. There was no call or any attempt to resolve the issue nor they have any explanation as in my they don't stop the service as per requested. I m expecting a lot of fraud calls from them.
