Hi, I am RAKESH PANDEY, user ID [protected], I was a customer of Tikona from NOV'15 to APRIL'15..
The delightful sick service, at worst situation, is acceptable but the real cause of it being so good in being the sickest company of all is it's unethical code of conduct for its customers.
I was quiet a lot irritated with its services and yet maintained the audacity of continuing its services for couple of months. Gradually that I realized that the next millions visit of their engineers, because a little less than a million times their engineers paid the visit is not going to solve the discrepancy but dirty my place instead. To name a few Santosh who came for the first 3 days, but he could not solve though he worked hard, Then came Aditya for next 2 days. Yet could not provide me with a better service. and the last 2 days the team of three( SANTOSH, ADITYA AND THE AREA MANAGER OF TIKONA came and left disgruntled and aloof of the solution.
I was then asked to be patient as within that week a new tower installation was planned that would cater to my complaint.
I waited for the week but there was no move as such. I, then, called the customer care number and obtained a complaint ID describing the issue.
BY then I had gone to another network that sufficed me well with its connectivity.
Till this time I had cleared my account and yet i kept on receiving messages of my new bill that was, apparently, created, without having to use any data.
I ignored the 1st time but the bill generation kept on generating and what was more amusing was the amount soetimes were shown 800 and in a week it reduced to 670 and so on but finally they started harassing with continuous calls.
Initially I attended few calls and narrated my concern that validated that I must not pay as I had not used any data but their continuous harassment reached a peak when I received a notice and advocates call who introduced herself as varsha and then Priyanka came who happened to be the boss.
I hope Tikona realises that it is okay for us customers to pay our bill because that is what we have become good at over the period of time. That a vicious cycle but, having said that, we do understand one thing quiet clear, as we good at paying bills, that it is the company that deserves to be paid.
So align your motives in most ethical ways and you shall be paid with no complaint even if your services are not at par with the current societies expectation and as far as this case is concerned I have cleared my bill and I stand firm to not pay you anymore.
