Facing a lot of issues with Tikona internet service and the customer service. One of the worst I have used ever. One month without any service and when advised to disconnect the internet they come and say you have to make payment when refused they start making calls at first 2/3 a day and roughly 3/4 messages via sms and e-mail and now after almost 3months of no usage 5/6 calls a day and 7/8 messages via sms and e-mail. And I thought sooner or later they will stop however today they crossed the limit a guy calls up named Mr Ahmed not sure if was his real name at around 1000hrs in the morning and starts asking for money repeatedly when advised to check his records first he starts accusing that you shouldn't use the service if you cant pay and so I disconnect the call after which I have received roughly about 4/5 more calls and 4messages asking for payment.
They are the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. They don't live up to their commitments and expect money for the pathetic service both on the internet and customer care.
Would really appreciate a resolution on this asap and would appreciate I they come and disconnect the internet asap, because I am not going to pay for something I did not use.
