Tikona — Unethical behaviour and not agreeing to cancel the connection for two months.

My Tikona User ID is as [protected]. I had put in a Request for Cancellation From September 19, 2015. Tikona has Not Replied Back with any Update. They keep sending Bills even after I have put in a Request.

Hi Tikona,


This is regards with your connection that i have subscribed to.


The connection number is [protected].


I want to dis-connect this service as it is highly Un-reliable and is not satisfactory.


I tried to call you'll on the numbers mentioned in your website but it asks me to hold for 5 minutes and then I get dis-connected. I need this subscription to be cancelled immediately and no further bills to be active on this subscription.


Kindly contact me as soon as possible so that i do not have to move to the consumer court.

I spoke to Sachin Patel from Tikona. He confirmed that the Request is Pending from September 19th 2015. Please Update me as to why I am Getting Bills for a Service that I have asked for dis-connection. Why is this not getting disconnected.
