[Resolved] Tikona — unethical behaviour of company

It has been facing the intermittent connectivity issue and router installation problem and cable problem, the issue is happening almost every day, and i have raised complaint almost daily. But tikona didn't bother to resolve the issue, every time i call again to explain the problem to the new person, never any engineer visit happened and no action was taken against the resolution of my complaints. No service center can attend our calls.
