[Resolved] Tikona — Unethically collected 2883 rs | |||
I was one of the premium customer of Tikona, Customer iD: [protected], I used this connection for an year and then disconnected as I was moving to different city, I have paid all the outstanding bills returned all the devices, everything and then their Adocate calls me claining that there is outstanding amount of 2883 rs is pending with me and I need to pay this immediately otherwise they will put up the case in court. So, I have paid the amount on their portal just to realize that they are collecting irrelevant amount from me, After repeated follow up with Tikona team they have realized that this is mistake from their side and decided to return my amount of 2800 Rs in check but till date, I havent received a single penny.I have each and every detail present in my email, Please help me in this case.
