While taking the connection a simple call or msg is enough but if we want to disconnect the connection they will not disconnect and they will make the customer to pay 2 - 3 months bill excess with out usage by quoting (We entered into the next billing cycle) inspite of many calls to tikona customer service and opted for disconnection they have not done the same.
Reason for disconnection: ispite of many complaints the facing challenges in connecting to net. So finally vexed and requested for disconnection. But from the last 2 months adding me to the next billing cycle and forcing to pay the bill amount.
