[Resolved] Tikona — Unnecessary additions in bill and refusal to pay back the advance payment

Tikona takes advance amount initially only and this is not reflected in our last bill. i had called to ask and their explanations are unsatisfactory. they refuse to acknowledge our complaints. i changed from my plan of 500 to 650. they still refuse to payback the initial advance of previous plan and are asking for advance of next plan. worst customer care we have to wait about half an hour to get connected. rude people. thoroughly unsatisfied, disappointed, worst customer care
