Tikona — Unnecessary bill generation and legal harassment | |||||
Hi i was using tikona broadband bearing user id :[protected] i was in annual plan which was expiring on 15th oct 2015, i sent a written mail asking for termination and also called the customer care and confirmed for my disconnection. Still a bill was generated asking me to pay 1780 rupees, When i called customer care regarding this they asked me to ignore such mail, i also called couple of times to takeaway the installations, but no one came till now to collect. Now some person is calling from Delhi asking me to pay the money else will file case in Delhi court. This is really horrible and disturbing for me. Guys please donot use Tikona, i had faced same incident with my friend couple of years ago, Now its for me.. i have all supportive mails for this Was this information helpful? | |||||
