Tikona — Unnecessary billing even after disconnection. | |||||
My user id :[protected] i got a bill after disconnection of my tikona connection stating that penalty of rs:1500/- for MODEM . But i have surrendered my modem and i have sent the photo copy of CPM REMOVAL LETTER as directed by tikona customer care executive . Even after sending the photocopy of cpe removal letter more than 10 times you havent updated the details and repeatedly calling me to pay bills . I dont want you to repeat this kind of behaviour towards customers . kindly check my bill, bearing bill number : B[protected] stating charges of Rs/-1500 for modem . Im not liable to pay this bill as i have surrendered the MODEM and also i have sent a photocopy to [protected]@tikona.in as the customercare executive asked me for a proof of surrendering the modem ..
