[Resolved] Tikona — Unnecessary delay in tikona disconnection process | |||
My customer id is [protected] I have mailed to tikona to disconnect my net more than one month ago (on 13th Sep), and after that I got more than ten calls from customer care, asking why I want to disconnect, every time I have told them to disconnect it as soon as possible and every time the customer care guys have said that they are going to escalate this matter and I'll receiving a confirmation mail soon. Till now did not receive it. And also my billing date is 7th of every month. and I did not use it from 7th of this month, still tikona has generated the bill. This is really unexpected situation.
