[Resolved] Tikona — Unprofessionalism and threat to file a case | |||||
Through this email I want to complain about the unprofessional act by Tikona to disturb our mental peace by threatening us to pay the money when it was already cleared. In the month of March last year, I reported to close my services as I won't be able to use the services because of pandemic. Despite multiple phone calls and reminders I kept on receiving calls from Tikona on the payment part which was already cleared with an advance payment of nearly Rs. 1400/- I had already sent an email to discontinue the services and refund the additional payment back in April 2020.After having a call with their team on December 26th 2020, everything was cleared and I received a "No Dues" confirmation. Today I received a call from some advocate who claimed she is from the legal team and threatened to file a case against me in court for non payment of dues, I mean I can't believe this unprofessionalism. She continously kept on calling and mentioned to make the payment. Even after proper communication right from the beginning and wasting so much of my valuable time on this, I am really disappointed to see this shameful and unprofession al attitude from Tikona to disturb their customers mental peace. I would like Tikona authorities to look into this matter on priority and do the needful, have already communicated my concern to them via email. Was this information helpful? | |||||
