[Resolved] Tikona — Unreliable Service | |||||
I purchased Tikona Service on 11/11 and ever since, I am facing frequent disconnections. Everytime, the customer support promised that the problem would be resolved in 24 hours and nothing happens and they are refusing to refund the money. Tikona is scam, Take money in advance and force you to have a bad service. I have recorded the conversations. Request number 1-[protected]. Their service team is trained well to repeat the below, "This is my problem", "200% I guarantee that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours", Advance Technical team is looking into this issue and resolution is in 24 hours. Irrespective of my multiple request, TIKONA fails to refund my money. I need to cancel my service and get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
