Tikona — unresponsive technician and customer care executive | |||
Hello I have adopted tikona connection on Jan-2013. It was working fine, but from the last 10-15 days i am facing technical issue with the connection. I registered the complain many times to their customer care number and they assigned me a technician but the technician did not visit my home. I called them again and again and every time they made the same commitment but their technician did not visited. I also tried to call the technician but he is saying that he don?t get any complain from their head office so he can?t visit. Now, when i am trying to call them on their number they are not receiving my phone neither they are replying to my mail.So i would like to request you to please take strict action against Tikona Digital Networks Pvt.
