Dear tikona,
I would like to inform you that i am unsatisfied your call center representative mr. Ismail, i bought this connection on yesterday and i paid 3 months subscription of rs. 1943 /- for the plan of adbbq10m549. When i asked to him that i paid above amount kindly update my plan as above he said that u need to wait for 1 month for info. I told him that why you not updated my plan he again said that you must talk with marketing executive... This is harassing only kindly instruct your team and educate them,
