Tikona — Unstable Internet Connection | |||
I took TIKONA service on 5th July 2015 with a pre-payment of 2850. Customer ID: [protected]. Even during Installation I faced connectivity problems but they assured that it will be fine once the installation is complete. But the service took 5 hours to even start. From then on, I was not able to the network even for 1 hour. Always while connecting it would show Unidentified Network. On speaking with the customer care, they would simply say that there is some technical issue and they would resolve it within 8 hours. But there has been no improvement. The service has been terrible and am totally agonised at their pathetic behaviour. I would like to terminate the service and I want REFUND of my money as one of their representative mentioned that there is no signal available for my location. If that is the case then why would they provide connection in my area? Was this information helpful? | |||
