[Resolved] Tikona — Useless Network | |||||
Hi I have been using Tikona for almost 2 years now. Early this year also I faced severe network issues with Tikona again this year Tikona is doing so. For the past 1 month I have been calling their customer care and asking them to fix the issue but in vain. Tikona itself marks the issue resolved when they have never tried to resolve it. Even today within 5 hours, I lost internet connection for more than 10 times. But Tikona does not find it to be an issue worth resolving or sending over their engineers to look into. Time of their engineers are more precious than the work they were hired to do. I am totally sick of Tikona. Please help me fix it once and for all. Thanks ! Was this information helpful? | |||||
