[Resolved] Tikona — User ID -[protected] - Puneet Dhawan-No connectivity even after 1 week of complaint | |||||
Hi Its been more than a week I am not able to get the Broadband issue by Tikona Costumer care, its been really shameful how the customers are treated by the tikona Broadband From past one week I am calling & following it up everyday however every day they just repeat the same script & dont understand the response every time I call they ask me to reboot the system & switch it on again on safe mode, then to try with LAN Cable if wifi not working & finally ti switch it off from box & on, I guess this is the script given to them, they really dont answer to the question and just ask me to repeat the same everyday ??? even if I tell them I have done all this they still repeat the same as a parrot ??? Its really very frustrating to get thru the no first, after 15-20 minutes you get connected & then you listen to the parrot script hello please do maintain a level of quality while recruiting or give proper training please, I have sent many emails as well escalating the issue but in vain ... I have made this clear in all my communication if tehy are not fixing it i will not only escalate this to consumer forum also will not pay the bill, why should I pay if I am not even able to use it Was this information helpful? | |||||
