[Resolved] Tikona — Very Bad service | |||||
This is the most pathetic service we have faced with tikona. My service account no : is [protected]. I have been with tikona for 2yrs and we never got a good service, , I called the customer care on 20/02/2017 spoke to them for 30 mins just to convince that i want to cancel the connection.."THEY ARE SO SO STUBBORN to take the connection request .. I have never ever faced such pathetic service, I spoke to 2 girls Preety and Kathija Syed both were not ready to take my cancellation request ..me as a customer at the end need to begg to take the request down..but they stil didn take it ..i want to put a serious complain about tikona as they are harassing the customers so much...they dont listen to customers at all..and they just dont want to take down my cancellation request as well...
