[Resolved] Tikona — Very bad service for last one month, asking for a refund | |||||
My user I'd is [protected] and its been more than a month everyday i am facing problem either in connectivity or in speed. A lot of times rather most of the time there is no connectivity. I am calling Tikona Customer care almost everyday and everyday they make some excuse either some backend problem or something like this. Since one month they are saying the same thing i.e. it will be resolved in 24 hrs. and will not happen ever again. I am fed up with your internet service. I am running losses because of your internet as i am dependent on your internet. I am calling everyday to you and I don't have that much time to call you everyday. Even sometimes you people disconnect the call when i ask you for a solution. After 10 PM nobody picks up the call. I am very dissatisfied with your service and would ask you to refund my money. And i will never ever suggest anyone to use Tikona its a waste of money and time. Most of the time there will be no connectivity and the rest of the time there will be no speed. Very bad service. the worst service i have ever experienced in my life. Refund my money and take away your useless stuffs. Was this information helpful? | |||||
