Tikona — Very Poor Connectivity, Misbehavior - Begging Money

Hello, My name is Navinder, unfortunately took Tikona internet connection in Feb this year, one the worst people to deal with. I took 4 MBPS plan, and was not able to connect for first 30 days, it was connecting for sometimes for 1 hour or no connection in a day. I called unlimited number of times to Tikona of no use. Sent emails to the Appellate Authority of no use. From around 20 March on-wards I started telling them to disconnect the connection. But they kept on telling try now, try now. Now after two months they are calling 5 times a day asking to pay bill of 1541 RS. AND their customer care goons are threatening me with consequences. I have filed RTI seeking usage details and going to file case with consumer court, want to really see if consumer has any say in indian Law or Government have sold everything to private companies.
