[Resolved] Tikona — Very poor network | |||
Dear sir / madam With reference to the above subject my internet connection is gone tooo slow (64kb to 128kb) from past 5 days. User id : [protected] I have taken a tariff plan of 6 mbps @ rent 632/- rupees free usage of 30 gb post which 1 mbps speed unlimited. I have used less than 10 gb in the current month. My id [protected] I have tried to call customer care but there no response from there end. Requesting you to kindly resolve the problem at the earliest, if not please disconnect the broadband connection and confirm the same asap. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
