Hello my name is shyam i had 60mbps plan of my broadband of tikona but from a week i am facing slow speed issue i had faced it many several time but this time it was very slow it was around 5mbps and first it was resolved automatically in few hours but this time it has been a week and no resolution is there i tried to complaint but app is not working perfectly and on their costumer care number there is no one to talk they do not connect with the staff only recording is played so my request is to take some action because there are many problem and the company is not taking action and i need permanant solution because iam tired of this.
