[Resolved] Tikona — Very Slow Internet Speeds | |||
My current plan is BBM4M700. It should provide me with 4 mbps speed, but provides me with somewhere around 400-500 kbps during the daytime and 1-2 mbps speed at the night. It is very difficult to browse at such a slow speed. Also, many a times login page doesn't seem to appear at all even after repeated trials of switching on and of the router. Whenever I file a complaint by calling the customer care, the issue is resolved temporarily, and the very next day the same cycle resumes. It is my humble request to deal with this matter.
