[Resolved] Tikona — voucher activation | |||
I have recharged my account using my online account repeat transaction of voucher 899. When i called the cust care an agent named sidharth assured that it will be activated in 4 hours. After more than 12 hours when i called them an agent named aryan informed that it will take 48 hours as the payment is reflecting but the voucher is still not activated. Inspite of me explaining he kept repeating the same thing. I asked for a supervisor, he placed me on hold for some time came back and said it will take 24 hours. I told him that already 12 hours have passed by. He said there are no sups available and some one will call back in 4 hours but the activation will take 24 hours. I was told to be free to complain. This is the first such instance with tikona but a very disappointing one. No understanding or empathizing with the cust rather jus putting your point wherein there is no fault of the cust. I was still not given an explanation of why all quoted different tat for voucher activation and why such delay. My account can be traced using my mob [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
