Tikona — Want headache use tikona (worth service as internet provider ) take money but nor give service neither close connection .

Dear Admin, I have taken a Tikona Internet connection (4 MBPS) with below details- Date Of Connection : 29 Oct 2015 User ID: [protected] Amount Paid to Tikona : 2250 INR After getting connection, downtime starts in every 5 minutes and logged many complaints. Even in one day, I called his engineer 10-15 times which is provided by Tikona Customer care to resolve my problem but there was not proper solution. SO entire things happen with 2-3 days and I could not use 10 MB of our assigned quota. SO decided to disconnect internet service but there are not ready to refund any single coin. Please help.
