Tikona — Want to disconnect the connection

I want to disconnect the connection by tikona in pune can you please tell me a proper method to do so as according to the complaints if i will disconnect it they will ask for extra charges (will send bills even after disconnection) and if i dont pay it they will threaten me by filing a case against me in the court . So can you please tell me the method to disconnect the connection without being harassed. I am still using the connection i will disconnect it after your reply so an early reply is requested.
